Discover our traditional restaurant in Aups, serving homemade cuisine. Our restaurant is open 7 days a week in July and August; we are closed on Mondays the rest of the year. Traditional cuisine


We are committed to showcasing delicious, local produce in traditional, homemade cuisine. Our menus change regularly to reflect the seasons. Come and try one of our specialties, such as lamb shank confit with Provençal herbs, black truffle in winter, and white truffle in summer. We live and cook to the rhythm of the seasons!
